I'd like to thank nissvit and steve for their efforts in running such a well organised event. I hope you got enough enjoyment out of it to want to run it again next year, as I (and i'm sure everyone else that was there) would be happy to see you run it again. you done a brilliant job in catering for all vehicle types and driver skill levels, not an easy thing to do. also thanks to the rest of the helpers who put in their time to make it all happen, from the behind the scenes stuff to the photos and videos. <click here to read more>

It really was great to see such a big turn out, it really makes the weekend having so many get involved. I hope that can continue for future club trips as it will have a flow on effect of encouraging more and more to organise stuff.

My carnage report from the weekend:
1 sheared front axle
1 bent steering arm
1 broken handbrake cable
1 bent handbrake backing plate
Undetermined amount of rockrash underneath (haven't been under to have a look yet).
realisation that I need longer front brake lines

all up a pretty good result for a weekend of hard play. nothing that can't be easily fixed. I'm very happy with what I was able to drive in snotbox, always suprising where I can put it and I always find something to add to the 'to do' wishlist.

Congrats to matty for holding the sierra name high and getting it onto the bodgy trophy. great drive mate. also great driving from the 3 wheel drive vitata (aka zukzilla) was really good to see you having so much fun behind the wheel chris, you've got to keep it on the tracks now mate, so anytime you need a hand modding it to get rid of those plastic CV's just sing out, you'll have an army of NBS'ers on your doorstep in no time.
also have to give a high mention to sue, you have NO FEAR behind the wheel and it's great to see. you can really tell you get plenty of time behind the wheel as you know that zook so well, don't give up that drivers seat to juergen anytime soon.
